Gladman and Stoford are to deliver a new employment park at Wellesbourne Mountford Airfield, near Stratford-upon-Avon. Stoford will act as delivery partner on the development, which could release up to 140 acres of employment land along the M40 corridor.
Gladman is looking to revitalise the airfield through the creation of a new runway and aviation facilities which will secure its long-term future.

Chris Still, senior planning and development director at Gladman, added: “We look forward to sharing our proposals for the site over the coming months, and hope to be in position to submit a planning application by the summer.”
