Wrenbridge and Bridges Fund Management have appointed Glencar to deliver a logistics scheme in Basingstoke. Construction of a new 209,461 sq ft warehouse is already underway at the scheme, which will be named G-Park Basingstoke and is being forward-funded by GLP.
The development partners are targeting an EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent rating, together with a ‘Net Zero Target Build’. It is anticipated the warehouse, which sits on Priestley Road and is part of the Houndmills Industrial Area, will be available for occupation by Q1 next year.

We are targeting a BREEAM Excellent scheme with Net Zero Target Build.
