Ascend Properties has appointed Maxwell Guthrie from Dandara Living as head of experience and product.
At Dandara Living, Guthrie was product and experience manager, leading the customer experience function across six multi-family communities housing more than 4,000 residents. Prior to that, he worked in the front of house operational team at Moda Living.
At Ascend, his initial focus will be to review the company’s customer experience platform, products and services, leveraging his experience in the serviced accommodation and multi-family sectors.
