Albion Land has completed two leasing deals totalling 53,600 sq ft at phase two of Catalyst Bicester technology park.
Tesla has taken 24,000 sq ft for its first site in Oxfordshire and an unnamed technology-driven design and manufacturing company has signed for 29,600 sq ft.
Six buildings have now been completed and are either occupied or have been handed over at the park and two further buildings are currently under construction and will be ready for occupation in summer 2024.
When complete, Catalyst Bicester will comprise more than 400,000 sq ft of hybrid buildings designed for the technology and advanced manufacturing sectors.

We expect our speculative Building 8 to let readily and look forward to bringing forward further phases of development in 2024 to meet sustained occupier demand.”
The park’s joint letting agents CBRE and Colliers acted for Albion Land. Tesla was represented by Knight Frank and the unnamed design and manufacturing company was represented by Savills.
