Allsop has announced 19 promotions including four new partners. Michael Linane, Liam Dowdell and Damian Keeling have been appointed as equity partners and Richard Gale has been promoted to salaried partner.
Linane started his career with Allsop 23 years ago in the residential auction team and later transitioned into residential transactional and living markets; Dowdell joined Allsop in 2021 following 17 years with Savills’ residential valuation team; Keeling has also been with Allsop since 2021, having joined the residential valuation team after 14 years with Savills; and Gale joined Allsop in January 2021 to bolster the team’s expertise in industrial capital markets.
A further 15 team members have also been promoted, with Allsop naming six new senior associates (Vicky Bingham, Ciaran McGivney, Oliver Murley, Tom Nicoll, Archie Stead and Sam Verity); six associates (Antonia Beech, Olivia Bentley, Will Greasley, Charlotte Hawthorne, Evie Higgs and Becky Swinburn), and three senior surveyors (Siobhan Badman, Freddie Foley and Josh Ware).
Scott Tyler, senior partner at Allsop LLP, said: “We’re delighted to announce these well-deserved promotions across the business as we gear up for another year of firm-wide growth. Despite the challenges of the past 12 months, marked by the turmoil caused by the infamous mini-budget, numerous interest rate hikes and most recently, the risk of a new banking crisis, we’ve continued to push forward and build our capabilities across the firm, whilst ensuring Allsop remains a fun and rewarding place to work.
“We look forward to the year ahead and will continue to invest in hiring people across most of our 11 business streams, providing a stimulating environment conducive to growth and outstanding results for our clients.”
