Allsop Letting & Management has selected Yardi’s residential suite to facilitate the management of its real estate portfolio.
The platform, which includes the RentCafe suite, enables residents to easily self-manage using a mobile app and portal. Yardi says the platform also enhances resident retention through improved communication.
Allsop will use Yardi’s platform to automate processes spanning rent collection, maintenance and inspections, resulting in time savings, financial accounting and reporting and efficiency improvements.
