AM Sci Tech has appointed Gordon Pirie as asset manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks.
Pirie was previously a director at CBRE and founder of his own commercial property investment company. Prior to that, he enjoyed stints at Ryden, Drum Property Group and Clydesdale Bank.
In his new role, he will work closely with the existing team and tenants to enhance operations, elevate service quality and create a thriving environment for businesses of all sizes.
Pirie said: “This is an exciting new chapter for me and I’m delighted to step into this new role. I look forward to collaborating with the team and our tenants to maximise the parks’ value, attract more businesses and drive forward our commitment to excellence.”
