AM Sci Tech has let the former Weatherford site at the Energy Park in Bridge of Don to Rental Technology & Services (RTS).
The international provider of advanced electronic equipment and engineering solutions for the subsea industry has signed a 10-year lease on the site, which is now known as The Horizon Centre. The Norwegian-owned business is relocating to the site, which features a 22,005 sq ft detached industrial unit, from nearby Woodside Road.
AM Sci Tech, which is a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings, acquired the 7.23-acre site earlier this year.
David Currie, group managing director of RTS, said: “We are excited to be joining the vibrant business community at the Energy Park as we take this next step in our growth journey. The Horizon Centre provides the high quality, flexible space we need to support our operations in Aberdeen and the wider North East.”

This reinforces the park’s position as a premier destination for industry and innovation.
