The Arora Group and Deva Capital have acquired the Metro Building in Hammersmith, West London, from the fixed charge receivers.
The 105,237 sq ft, 11-storey office building, which is located opposite Hammersmith Broadway, was on the market for £20m+.

The Metro Building was offered jointly with Cushman & Wakefield. The joint fixed charge receivers, Nathan Pask and Andrew Foster, were advised by Pinsent Masons and Dentons acted for The Arora Group.
