Main contractor Bovis Construction (Europe) has signed for a new 2,576 sq ft office at Northspring | Temple Street in Birmingham city centre.

The new office enhances Bovis’ national footprint and complements its established operations in London and Manchester.

Northspring | Temple Street is located in Birmingham’s business district and in addition to design-led office space, the building features a fully equipped fitness studio, roof terrace, communal kitchen and The Club – a business lounge comprising a podcast studio, private screening room, a boardroom and meeting rooms.

Andrew Mackay, managing director – public sector and regions at Bovis, said: “The opening of our Birmingham office strengthens our capability and connectivity to support public sector delivery across the UK. It provides best-in-class facilities for our people and a strong regional base that complements our existing London and Manchester offices, reflecting our continued investment in the growth of our public sector business.”

Richard Williams, director of office advisory at Lambert Smith Hampton, joint agent on the building with CBRE, added: “We’re proud to welcome Bovis to Northspring. Their reputation in construction and project delivery makes them another strong addition to the tenant roster and their move to Temple Street further evidences the continually growing appeal of high quality fitted space within amenity rich buildings, which has become synonymous with Northspring.”
