Arrow Capital Partners lets 266,044 sq ft Barnsley unit to Evri

Arrow Capital Partners has let a 266,044 sq ft unit to Evri at its Arrow Point Barnsley development in South Yorkshire.

The unit benefits from 26 dock level loading doors, two level access loading doors, an internal clear height of 15m, 61 HGV parking spaces,169 car parking spaces and a power capacity of 2.7 MVA.

The net zero embodied carbon development incorporates extensive sustainability features, including air source heat pump technology, EV charging points and solar ready roofs. The units have achieved an EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent certification. Following completion of the Evri deal the development is now fully let.
