Ascend has appointed Clair Barry from JLL as the company’s new head of mobilisation.
Barry, who has more than 25 years of experience in residential property lettings, was an asset manager at JLL working on the firm’s build-to-rent (BTR) portfolio.
Prior to that, she was mobilisation and consultancy lead at UrbanBubble, developing bespoke mobilisation strategies for its BTR holdings.
