Property regeneration consultants AspinallVerdi has bolstered its consultancy team by hiring Sophie Rodriguez.
Rodriguez, who joins the firm from Savills where she worked in the South East development team, will be based at AspinallVerdi’s London office in Clerkenwell.
In her new role, Rodriguez will use her valuation background to support financial viability assessments and contribute to wider regeneration consultancy projects, including advising local authorities and developers on schemes in Westminster, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Bedfordshire and surrounding locations.
