Property lending firm Avamore has announced a series of internal promotions.
Nicholas Duke, who has been with the company for two and a half years, has been promoted to director of finance and operations, Ed Blundell (pictured) has been promoted to senior underwriter and Tom Genner has been promoted to associate in Avamore’s investor relations team.
Blundell said: “After five great years, I’m grateful for all the trust and guidance along the way. I’m excited to take on this new role and am looking forward to the opportunities ahead.”
Avamore has also announced that following nearly a decade with the company Philip Gould has decided to relocate back to Sheffield to be closer to his family. He will continue to support the company for the near future, assisting with deal execution and aiding the team during a transition period.
