Aviation specialist Network Aviation Group has completed the sale of two offices in Crawley. Both buildings were surplus to requirements after the company moved into new global headquarters on Crawley High Street.
The two-storey, 2,709 sq ft Unit A2 office building at Windsor Place, on Faraday Road, was bought by Statom Group, which is expected to occupy the offices itself. The quoting price for the office was £675,000.
Mikael Goldsmith, senior surveyor in Vail Williams’ Crawley office, which acted for Network Aviation Group on the sale, said: “I was pleased to complete this deal. It’s another good example of how there is strong demand for well-located, quality office space in Sussex.”
Vail Williams also acted for the company on the sale of 2,428 sq ft ANA House (pictured) to Birmingham-based independent real estate company Sweeney & Yorke. The quoting price for the office was £635,000.
Steve Berrett, Vail Williams’ partner based in Crawley, said: “This was a challenging and complex deal with some obstacles to overcome through the conveyance process but the parties worked hard to achieve a satisfactory conclusion to this sale.”
