Tui has sold the freehold of Jetset House on Church Road, Lowfield Heath, Crawley, to an unnamed occupier for north of £6m
The travel and tourism company previously used the 56,488 sq ft warehouse, which sits on a circa two-acre site adjacent to Gatwick Airport, as a training centre and offices. It has been sold with vacant possession to the new owner occupier.
Adam Godfrey, partner at SHW, which advised Tui on the disposal, said: “We are delighted to achieve the strong sale for Tui. We received a great deal of interest in Jetset House and are pleased to have sold to an occupier who will use the space to serve their growing business.”
