Avison Young UK has promoted Kristian Williams to the role of head of the company’s London valuation team.
Williams, who has more than 25 years of real estate experience, has been with Avison Young since the start of his career.
He specialises in advising financial institutions and both private and public sector clients, primarily for loan security purposes, but also for financial reporting, taxation, acquisition and disposals.
As head of the London valuation team at Avison Young, Williams will continue to lead and grow the company’s team of experts in delivering a range of valuation services.
