Avison Young appoints new place team director

Avison Young has appointed David Clifton as a director in the company’s place team in its Manchester office.

Clifton, who has more than two decades of experience working within the UK land and property industry, was most recently land and partnership director at BTR developer Placefirst.

As part of Avison Young’s place team, he will apply his experience in the residential land and property market and collaborate with colleagues on a series of high-profile projects.

The experience he brings with him from the residential land market will help to bolster our already strong place team.
