Avison Young UK has hired Matthew Williams from Telford Homes as associate director in the company’s planning team in London.
Williams, who has more than 10 years’ industry experience, was a planning manager at Telford Homes and prior to that he worked as a senior planner at Lichfields.
In his new role, he will provide planning advice across a range of complex and high-profile projects across London, focused on high-density residential and mixed-use schemes, as well as office, retail and leisure projects.
