Avison Young bolsters REFIM offer with series of senior appointments

Avison Young UK has made a series of senior appointments in its real estate, facilities, and infrastructure management (REFIM) business group.

Derick Jackson, who has been at Avison Young for more than 25 years, has been appointed as regional head of London and South East real estate management. He will continue in his role as head of national clients.

Helen Ewles, who has been with the business for 17 years, has been appointed regional head for the North East and Scotland, and Heather Hill has joined the firm from Cushman & Wakefield as head of transitions. 

Brian Reeves, who previously worked for the likes of EMI, The Design Museum and CBRE, has been appointed as director, occupier facilities management, and James Callow and Martin McGrath have joined the firm as regional workplace experience managers. 

Callow, who has been appointed to the North, joins the firm from Derwent London, and McGrath, who has been appointed to the South, has more than 13 years’ experience at Nuffield Health.
