Avison Young UK has made a flurry of senior promotions across the business.
Twenty three people have been promoted to director and 20 team members have been promoted to associate director level.
The promotions span 10 regional offices and encompass seven key business groups including building and project consultancy, client and business solutions, place, professional advisory and transactions.
