Avison Young has bolstered its UK team with two new hires and a senior promotion.
Adrian Boyce joins the company as principal and head of project management, workplace, arts and culture (WAC) from JLL, where he has spent the last seven years.
Sarah Miles joins Alison Young UK as associate director, occupier solutions, from Arcadis and will work closely with Sarah-Jane Osborne, UK and Europe head of workplace, to “guide clients through the journey of workplace transformation, from concept design to strategic advisory”.
Meanwhile, Stephen Cowperthwaite, principal at Avison Young, has taken on the newly created role of managing director of the regions.
