Barberry Industrial has leased a 55,575 sq ft speculatively built warehouse in Wolverhampton to Event Hire on a 15-year lease.
The building, christened Barberry 55, sits on a 3.5-acre site at Well Lane. It has an EPC A rating, 10m clear height eaves and a 50m yard depth.
Barberry acquired the site from ASSA ABLOY for an undisclosed price and main contractor A&H Construction has reached practical completion of the unit.
