Barberry Industrial has let a 92,246 sq ft unit to Widem Logistics at the company’s flagship mid-box warehouse development at Tournament Fields Business Park in Warwick.
The logistics business has agreed a 15-year lease on the Grade A warehouse, known as Barberry Midbox 92, following the scheme’s recent practical completion.
Located at Junction 15 of the M40, Barberry is targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding ratings for the unit, which features EV charging points, rooftop solar PV, enhanced staff welfare facilities, an outdoor basketball court and gym, a bike repair pod, bug hotel, hibernacula, and landscaped green areas.

Midbox 92 has been designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses, and we are delighted to have secured a long-term occupier for the building. It is also one of three BREEAM outstanding warehouses within a 30-mile radius of the site.”
