Bargate has submitted detailed plans for the delivery of 62 new homes at a consented housing development site in Berewood Garden Village, Waterlooville.
The newly lodged reserved matters application sets out design details for the first of two phases to be delivered at the site, which is part of Grainger’s wider Berewood Masterplan.
The masterplan, which received outline planning permission in March 2012, will see at least 2,550 homes and local amenities delivered.
