Pegasi has appointed Mace to lead the transformation of a 1980s-built office building overlooking the River Thames in London into a high-performance, sustainability-led workplace.
The 11-storey Fresh Wharf building, which is located close to Tower Bridge, will be reimagined into 120,000 sq ft of premium workspace and will also provide 25,150 sq ft of outdoor space, a new riverside café, improved public realm and a destination restaurant.
Designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, Pegasi is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and NABERS 4.5* for the scheme.
Approximately 50% of the building’s raised access flooring panels will be retained and reused during the redevelopment, potentially saving up to 100 tonnes of CO2.
