MAPP has secured an expanded mandate with Barings to manage a 4m sq ft portfolio of Grade A logistics assets and offices across the UK.
MAPP will deliver a suite of property management services focused on optimising asset and commercial performance, operational efficiency and occupier experience.
The integrated service will bring together specialist teams spanning property and facilities management, sustainability, occupier engagement, accounting, community-building initiatives, building consultancy and technology solutions. The additional portfolio includes 25 Moorgate and TIDE Bankside (pictured).
