Vivere has secured planning consent to build a fully integrated community of extra care homes on a 2.2-acre site in Edinburgh.
The retirement village will provide 48 homes, communal resident’s lounges and other amenities on the Lansdowne House site on Coltbridge Terrace.
Vivere Extra Care Group intends to invest circa £25m to restore and refurbish the historic buildings on the site and return Lansdowne House, which was recently used as a school campus, to its residential origins.
