Bruce Gillingham Pollard has bolstered its lease consultancy team by hiring Tom Cater from Gerald Eve as associate director.
At Gerald Eve, Cater spent 10 years specialising in lease consultancy in addition to advising on occupational agency across UK high street retail and leisure assets.
In his new role, he will work with lease consultancy director Pete Wood and help to support and grow Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s national portfolio of instructions with a particular focus on the Landsec account.
Cater said: “I’m excited to join such a forward thinking company which is a true market leader in its sector. I look forward to working with Pete to drive the national lease consultancy offering for both new and retained clients.”
