Bidwells has strengthened its planning services offer with the appointment of Gareth Pritchard as a partner in its Cambridge planning team.
Pritchard started his property career as planning officer for East Cambridge District Council and then spent eight years at Barton Wilmore/Stantec where he progressed to the role of associate director.
Guy Kaddish, partner, planning at Bidwells, said: “Gareth’s appointment adds strength and depth to our Cambridge team, bringing with him a wealth of experience having worked on a mixture of residential and developments, but with a strong focus on logistics, large commercial and strategic land.
