The Grade II-listed Lock & Key Hotel in Liverpool city centre has been put up for sale.
The boutique hotel, which is located in a Georgian townhouse on Duke Street and recently feature in The Sunday Times’ list of the top 100 British hotels, offers 26-bedrooms across three storeys in addition to a private lounge, bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
The original section of the hotel at 15-17 Duke Street recently underwent a £800,000 repositioning and extensive refurbishment.
