Bridge Group has acquired the freehold of 15 Cavendish Place in London’s Marylebone from Howard de Walden in an off-market deal for an undisclosed price.
Bridge has appointed Squire & Partners to design a full redevelopment of the 20,000 sq ft office building.
The acquisition is the company’s fifth in two years and its second off-market deal in the past two months.
Saul Zulman, head of acquisitions and development at Bridge Group, said: “The acquisition of 15-19 Cavendish Place further demonstrates our confidence in the prime Central London office market, where best-in-class grade A availability remains limited. We are very excited to reposition this building and create one of the best products in the West End.”
