Bridge Properties has secured two new lettings at its Element office scheme in Birchwood, near Warrington.
WM Morrison Supermarkets has taken 16,290 sq ft across the entire second floor and mezzanine of the building on a five-year lease and engineering and construction company VolkerFitzpatrick has taken 2,375 sq ft on a five-year lease on part of the first floor of the building.
The property benefits from a large business lounge and café with outdoor terrace as well as an on-site gym. Following completion of these transactions there is one suite of 4,250 sq ft available to lease, which can be split.
