Apo Group has made three senior executive promotions in its management team.
Daniel Berlinski has been promoted to director of operations, Chris Conway has been promoted to director of revenue and leasing and Faye Cottrell has been promoted to head of HR.
Apo, which was acquired by Broadsword Investment Management in 2024, currently manages more than 2,000 rental units across five operational BTR assets in London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Manchester.
