Brightbay Real Estate Partners has recruited George Jerram from Chancerygate as director of asset management.
Jerram (pictured) was a director in Chancerygate’s asset management department and prior to that he held roles at Square Metre Asset Management and Colliers International.
Brightbay has also promoted Mary Hedges, Sarah Jones and Sarah Moon to director level.
