British semiconductor maker Pragmatic Semiconductor has doubled its footprint at Cambridge Science Park.
The company has taken an additional 12,500 sq ft at Building 400 and now occupies 25,000 sq ft at the park. Pragmatic Semiconductor, which secured funding of £182m in December 2023, signed a 10-year lease on the additional space with the park’s landlord Trinity College, Cambridge, at a rent in the mid-£30s/sq ft.
Cambridge Science Park is home to more than 170 science and technology start-ups and established businesses.
