Brockton Everlast has selected Multiplex under a pre-construction services agreement for the construction of The Dovetail Building at One Cutler Street in the City of London.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), the 23-storey office scheme recently obtained a planning amendment that further reduced the scheme’s total emissions and embodied carbon, increased the public realm and shortened the construction programme by significantly simplifying and reducing the sub-structural works.
The scheme will provide circa 450,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and offer floorplates of circa 22,000 sq ft. There will be private terraces on every floor and a 23rd floor sky pavilion and rooftop terraces.
