Bruntwood SciTech has commenced work on the £13m refurbishment of King’s House in Manchester city centre.
The 38,000 sq ft, five-storey office building will offer fully fitted and furbished workspaces ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft featuring kitchens, meeting rooms, phone booths and breakout areas. Occupiers will also be able to host private events at the communal lounge on the fourth floor.
The refurbishment of the building, which is strategically located within St Mary’s Parsonage regeneration area on King Street West, is expected to complete in summer 2025.

The project team comprises EPR Architects, Amspec, Paul Butler Associates, Hilson Moran and DW Consulting Engineers. Bruntwood SciTech has appointed OBI and Knight Frank as joint letting agents at King’s House.
