Bywater has entered into a partnership agreement with infinitSpace to launch the ‘beyond Paradise’ flex space at the Paradise office development in Vauxhall, London.
InfinitSpace will operate the flex space across three floors of the mass timber office development on Old Paradise Street on a phased basis.
The offering will include private offices and enterprise suites, co-working and breakout space, high-spec meeting rooms, event space, a curated events and wellbeing programme, gym facilities and a hospitality-led service model including a barista offering and member app. The fit-out is being delivered by Thirdway.

The remaining space in the building is available to let on traditional terms through Knight Frank, Ingleby Trice and Cushman & Wakefield.
