Caddick Developments has submitted an outline planning application to develop 360,000 sq ft of logistics space at Ashton Park in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan.
The scheme, which will be delivered either as one unit or multiple units, will provide an extension to the established South Lancashire Industrial Estate.
Caddick is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating for the development, which will feature EV charging, solar panel ready roofs, battery storage areas and air source heat pumps.

Knight Frank and DTRE have been appointed joint agents at the development.
