Cain has agreed a 131,830 sq ft letting to Gear4Music at the Sherburn42 North Yorkshire logistics hub.
The online retailer of musical instruments and equipment will occupy around 20% of the Sherburn42 development, which provides 659,310 sq ft of space and is managed by Firethorn on behalf of Cain.
The scheme’s ESG credentials include BREEAM Excellent, Net Zero Carbon Construction and EPC A ratings.
