Cain International has completed five separate lettings at its mixed-use Islington Square scheme in London.
Childrenswear brand Wheat has taken 1,919 sq ft for its first London store; artisan florist The Rooms has taken a 370 sq ft unit; homeware retailer In Residence is relocating from Camden Passage to a 474 sq ft unit at Islington Square; and women’s clothing brand Percy Langley has signed for a 1,439 sq ft unit.
Cain has also let 1,715 sq ft in Islington Square to clothing brand The Good Neighbour as a pop-up store for six months with the potential to convert to a permanent site. Following completion of the deals the scheme’s retail and hospitality space is now 95% let.
