London-based developer Rehoboth Property Group (RPG) has acquired a 58,000 sq ft site in the heart of Bromley previously owned by housing association Clarion.
RPG will repurpose the site into multi-use creative space offering meeting rooms, a nursery, start-up incubator hub for SMEs, creative studios, editing suites, wellbeing zones, plus co-working space and private offices.
The repurposing of the site will include a complete renovation of the interior, incorporating natural light and energy-efficient technology to create a space that meets the needs of users and also contributes positively to the environment.
Sanmi Adegoke, CEO of RPG, said: “We are excited to be expanding our portfolio of creative and co-working spaces with the acquisition of this site in Bromley. Continuing the legacy of social impact by former landlord, Clarion Housing, our goal is to provide a space that inspires creativity, collaboration, and innovation, for the community and we believe that Bromley is the perfect location for our vision.”
RPG plans to launch the new co-working space in the second quarter of 2024 with a series of events and workshops.
