Avison Young has “streamlined” its board of directors after executing a financial recapitalisation that “reinforces the firm’s financial foundation and advances its strategic goals”.
The new board comprises: Mark Rose, Avison Young chair and CEO; Cynthia Foster Curry, independent board director; Carol Johnson, independent board director; Eva Maglis, independent board director; and Dean Mullett, senior managing director, head of investment banking, FTI Capital Advisors, Canada.
