Canmoor has let 60,000 sq ft to two occupiers at its Lowry Park industrial and logistics hub in Manchester.

European rail manufacturer CAF has signed for the 49,000 sq ft Unit 10 and Match Worn Shirt has taken a lease on the 11,500 sq ft Unit 1 to scale its charity-driven football shirt business.

Phase 1 of Lowry Park comprises 10 EPC A and BREEAM Very Good-rated warehouse units ranging from 5,050 to 55,800 sq ft.

Rodney Hunt, from Canmoor, said: “We are excited to welcome two new occupiers to Lowry Park. Set in the perfect location to serve Manchester for last-mile logistics, and for access to the wider motorway network, the surrounding area serves a diverse commercial audience with CAF and Match Worn Shirt adding to this mix, demonstrating the pull of the strategic location, along with the quality of the development.”

Colliers, Rock Real Estate and DTRE are the retained letting agents at Lowry Park.
