Catella APAM has fully let the 1 City Square office building in Leeds after agreeing a 5,854 sq ft deal with Iliad Solutions.
The global technology company has let part of the sixth floor on a 10-year term.
Chalwe Silwizya, senior asset manager at Catella APAM, which asset manages the building on behalf of Britannia Invest A/S, said: “We are delighted to welcome Iliad Solutions and see the building reach full occupancy, and Iliad Solutions choosing 1 City Square. This letting underscores the building’s strong appeal to global occupiers and reflects continued tenant demand for high-quality, Grade A office space, as the ‘flight to quality’ trend continues to drive market activity.”
