Regal has secured a resolution to grant permission for the residential-led Orchard Wharf scheme in Tower Hamlets.
The scheme will deliver 208 affordable homes, 1,365 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) rooms, more than 7,400 sq m of public open space and a revitalised working wharf featuring 7,524 sq m of logistics space.
