Catella APAM has appointed Adam Handley as asset manager in the firm’s Manchester office.

In his new role, Handley – who has more than a decade of high-level experience in the real estate sector – will be dedicated to Danish pension fund Britannia and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

His strategic priorities will include optimising portfolio performance, refining leasing strategies and aligning property offerings with modern business needs, while maintaining a rigorous commitment to sustainability.
