Catella APAM, acting as asset manager for the Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF), has let a new 43,836 sq ft warehouse at Leeds Valley Park to DIRICKX Systems.
Following completion of the deal there is just one unit available to let at the park – the 60,949 sq ft Unit 5.
