Catella APAM has completed three new leasing deals at Arlington Park, Reading, and secured a new record rent for the business campus.
Cybit has signed a two-year lease at a record rent for the park for a plug-and-play all-inclusive suite on the third floor of Building 1420, pSemi has renewed its lease on 8,200 sq ft on the first floor of Building 1420 for a five-year term and Automation Consultants has renewed the lease on its 1,700 sq ft plug-and-play suite for a further two years.
